2020 Epiroc Diamondback 40k DB40 water well platform containing drillers console, control system, cyclone hydraulic tank, jacks, mud and air hosing, LED lights, tower rest, tower support, tower raising cylinders, FRP decking, Nordstrom mud valve and air piping valves (controlled directly from driller's console), and valve rack enclosure with all primary hydraulic valves and manifolds for the rig. 40K Tower. The 38ft tower comes standard with 40,000 lbs of pullback and 30,000 lbs pulldown assembled hyd hoses for tower options and rotary head carriage that slides to operator side or drillers side. Carriage is raised and lowered via hyd feed cylinders and high strength cables. 1070 CFM/350 PSI. Atlas Copco C190+J33 Airend. Air module includes compressor oil cooler (COC), Hydraulic oil cooler (HOC), oil separator receiver tank. Airend and hydraulics are powered by drive shaft from truck engine through Namco transfer case. Peterbilt 367 Truck, 247" WB, with Cummins X15 600HP 2019 EPA, 22,000 Lb. Front Axles, 46,000 Lb Rear Axles, Rotary Head with 3" ID spindle. 8,000 Ft-Lbs@107 RPM Two Speed Rotary Head & 5,362 Ft-Lbs@161 RPM. Top bearing lubricated with an oil pump. 0-184 RPM variable control. Rotary head can be used for standard water or it is compatible with Flooded RC and standard RC packages. 3.5" API IF Box spindle threads. 17" Table Opening. T3W/TH60 style table with hydraulically sliding wrench centered on the back side of the table. The back half of the table slides hydraulically to open up the table and provide additional room around the bore hole. The table has a bolt-in outer insert that fits in the 17" table opening and it has a 10.87" ID. The outer insert then holds a centralizer bushing that has a 5.12" ID. The centralizer bushing holds a rod bushing with an ID of 4.65". The front of the table is pinned on both sides to allow for opening in either direction towards the driller's or helper's side. The table front can also be unpinned and completely removed. WW Petol Break Out Wrench. Manual swing in wrench with hydraulic cylinder that torques the wrench. Torquing cylinder is controlled from the drillers console. Rod Spinner Main Winch 18K 1 Part Line. Braden winch that mounts to a saddle on the back of the tower with a swing out jib that bolts to the crown of the tower. The winch can be operated from the driller's console or if selected the hand-held wireless remote option. Winch is supplied with 5/8" diameter cable. Auxiliary Winch. 3,900 lb capacity winch that mounts to the back of the tower under the main winch. Speed of 220 ft/min. The Aux winch is operated from the driller's console as standard. If hand-held wireless remote option is selected then upon request the Aux winch can be added to be controlled from wireless remote. Winch is supplied with 3/8" diameter cable. Stand alone Rod Box with Slide Carousel 7 x 4.5" Fixed carousel with side loading capability. 2.88" API-Internal Flush (IF) Cross over sub and accessories (for use with 4.5" rods). Rotary Head spindle is 3.5" API-IF Box. Saver Sub is 3.5" API-IF PIN to 2-7/8" API-IF PIN. Cross over sub is 2-7/8" API-IF BOX to 2-7/8" API-IF Pin.
