1979 Ingersoll-Rand TH60 s/n 0321 1979 TH60 Serial number 0321 750 X 250 air 38 foot derrick Powered by 8V92 Silver 430 rated HP Odometer currently is 71,7374 Parts and Maintenance Manual available. Tooling available with Rig 400 feet of 4.5” X 20’ drill pipe. Flats on box end for fork wrench and top head break out. Drill Rod lifting bail. Drill Rod lifting clamp and cable assembly. Spinner wrench and basic tools to run rig. Other drill tools available, bits, subs, hammers etc. Repair list; -New mechanical tach cable from engine to cab tach. -New mechanical tach, gauges in cab & operator panel as needed. -Installed six new bulbs in dash, tightened up all electrical connections. -Installed new air ride driver’s seat. -Repaired/replaced clearance lights. -Installed new wire for Derrek lights. -Installed new gauges on control panel & in cab as needed. -Installed new electronic tach on driller control panel. -Strengthened mounts from the frame to the service deck. -Changed engine oil/new filter, transmission, funk box oil. -Changed transfer case oil. -Changed hydraulic oil. -Changed rear differential oil. -Installed three new hydraulic filters with new tops updated system. -Installed ball valve on bottom of hydraulic tank for draining. -repaired table skirt. -Replaced mainline hook, Ratigan 20T with swivel. -Installed new cables: pull down, pull back. -Installed new brake out wrench hook jaw. -Rebuilt table. -Repaired helper platform. -Replaced exhaust flapper. -Repaired/replaced leaking air lines. -Replaced outer air compressor air filter. -Engine air filter and oil filter. -Installed two new bus-bar in engine compartment. -TOPHEAD: Fully rebuilt new bearings, seals, motors assembled by River City Machine, Salem. -Rebuilt derrick driver side derrick lift cylinder, done by Salem Hydraulics. -Engine replaced in 2016 around 600 hours on engine. -Compressor rebuilt by Atlas Copco in 2017. 300 + - hours ago. Service tech, Dave Farmer. -Drivelines replaced and U-joints when compressor was rebuilt. -4 new truck batteries installed 9/1/2018. -Straighten or replaced bent iron multiple places. -Transmission OD switch serviced by Hendricks Truck Repair, Stayton, OR. -Tightened up loose bolts replaced bad ones on truck undercarriage. -Replaced air valves in cab for PTO and ran new air hose. -Removed drill rod rack, replaced iron in the bottom where drill rods drop. -Replace pull down and holdback pressure regulators. -Power washed all cooler and radiators. -Straightened all bent metal and replaced metal as needed. -Rebuilt Splitter box May 2020, River City Machine. All new bearings & seals. -Replaced top head saver sub, pin down 3 ½” regular thread, new. -Added ¾” twist air chuck and valve to receiver tank for diaphragm grout pump. -New Gimble coupler on through shaft to air clutch. -Serviced rock oiler. -New water injection pump and plumbing with foam set up. Cat Triplex. -Replaced mirrors, safety decals, fire extinguisher, triangles, safety requirements. -Sand blasted and painted.
